Few words about me

In case you’re interested, I’d like to spend a few words about the person behind the camera.

I’m Julia. I’m glad you made it to my website and that you are – possibly! – thinking of getting in touch.

I was brought up in Turin, a city situated in the north-west of Italy, near Milan. Being surrounded by some incredible landscapes, with historical villages surrounded by snowy mountains and vineyard hills, had a huge impact on how I approach my work: it’s all about the “dolce vita”, the sweetness of the Italian lifestyle.

That’s also why I’m such a cheerful person, a real hugger (sorry, can’t help it) and a naturally positive thinker: you will hardly see me without a big smile on my face!

I love travelling, and meeting different cultures. That may be the main reason why I love living in London so much: where else in the world can you taste so many different type of cuisines?

In my spare time you might find me wandering around museums or reading books in the park with my pup Anita (if the weather allows), and I like to close my days visiting new restaurants: I really can’t think of a better way to treat myself than a fine dinner and a good glass of wine.
