London Portrait Photographer
Since I started my career as portrait photographer, I’ve always had the same request from the people in front of my camera: “Please don’t make me look stiff”. Having talked with hundreds of them, I know how painful it can be to have one’s pictures taken. The sensation of “looking weird” on camera is more common that you might expect.
But it doesn’t have to be like that. It can be fun and feel comfortable. You don’t need to know what to do or how to pose: I’m here to guide you. Forget that plastic pose you saw on your friends’ Instagram: you just need to relax and be yourself. “Easier said than done”, one may think. But don’t worry: I know all sorts of tips&tricks! Magic will happen without you even realising it. Without bragging, I am uniquely good at obtaining natural expressions, and capture photos true to who you are. Photos you’ll want to show everyone.
Giulia, our portrait photographer, was fantastic. She really understood our brief, the look and feel we were going for, how to create drama and impact with studio lighting and how to work with both individuals and groups for a complex team shoot. She had an excellent manner, was thorough in getting our feedback at all times, made sure we were on track through the shot list and worked collaboratively on creative direction to deliver excellent images well above expectation. The images received truly reflected our original (and very specific) brief and moodboard, they were polished and expertly executed which will go a long way to building our business brand and our visual identity.
